Our Mission

Historically, foreign-born scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs have contributed significantly to U.S. innovation; however, today, fewer of these exceptional ability foreign nationals are choosing to live, work and study in the United States. The National Council for Innovation, a Washington D.C.-based non-profit organization, is working to improve America's image in the eyes of these innovators through: (1) the establishment of a major international student scholarship/fellowship fund for foreign national females and minorities in science, technology, engineering and math ("STEM"); (2) by eliminating prejudice and discrimination; and (3) by providing suitable positive workforce integration services.

  • Foreign Nationals (inside and out) will receive scholarship/fellowship opportunities, employment information, networking opportunities, and other suitable services at no cost.
  • U.S. Companies will have access to a charitable group of exceptional foreign nationals who have an “innovation agenda” and will qualify for the O-1, EB-2, EB-1, H-1B, NIW, and F-1 visas categories.
  • Universities will have access a charitable group of first rate minds. They will be able to receive the full-cost-of-tuition for the duration of the student’s stay provided by The National Council for Innovation.
  • The American Public will be positively affected as a result of high quality innovations in areas such as information technology, biotechnology and nanotechnology through product and job creation.
